Upon receiving your medical document, our CSR team will verify them and then reach out to you to help you purchase your medical cannabis product.

Option 2: Visit your Doctor. You can use our form below or your doctor’s own template, provided it includes all the information required for a cannabis prescription. If you do not have a doctor, please contact us and we will be able to assist you: clients@waynepatrickcp.com or 1-833-927-0175.
